Log eines Anrufs der Notebookabteilung.
Ich habe mal die Namen der Hersteller geändert.
Sollte Bedarf bestehen, werde ich es übersetzen.
Customer wants to install a <Drucker eines anderen Herstellers> and reports, that it is recognized as <Drucker eines komplett anderen Herstellers> and cannot installed. If he uses the scanner only, all ok, but the printer has no driver. I advised him to contact <Druckerhersteller> for help. We have no drivers for his foolish printer. We cannot fix his issue he has with <Druckerhersteller>. He has a terrible orthography, we needed multiple times to read his text to get a clue what he want to report. We think he has go to hell or maybe die. But never ever call in again.
