ID ten Tea - Error

Larry the retired police Lt. was having trouble with his computer.
So he called Janice, his wife, over to his desk.
Janice clicked a couple buttons and solved the problem.
As she was walking away, Larry called after her, "So, what was wrong?"
And she replied, "It was an ID ten T error."
A puzzled expression ran over Larry´s face (a common occurrence).
"An ID ten T error? What´s that? I want to know in case I need to fix it again."
She gave him a smile, "Haven´t you heard of an ID ten T error before."
"No," replied Larry.
"Write it down," she said, "and I think you´ll figure it out."
